Spring Balance Treatment ~ Bespoke Combination Treatment.

To honour the changing of the seasons, and the Spring months ahead, I have created a nurturing and awakening treatment for the body, mind and soul.

Starting with a cleansing and protection ritual to clear the energy field with Myrrh and Frankincense, then using a blend of Rose and Myrtle oil to awaken and uplift the senses.

Then moving onto a holistic acupressure head, neck and shoulder massage to soothe the mind, and ease the neck muscles. Reiki energy therapy to help rebalance and nurture the body. Crystal therapy to reawaken the chakras and energy systems of the body. Finishing with a harmonising and uplifting sound experience.

This wonderful treatment helps to clear the energy field and helps to support the healing process. Each treatment is unique to the client, various crystals and semi-precious stones will be used to help re-balance energy within the body.

Calm & Balance ~ Vibrational Therapy.

Within this immersive experience I will be using a variety of tuning forks, working with their sonic vibrations to help encourage the body’s natural energy flow. I will be using various tuning forks, toned to specific frequencies, measured in hertz, this creates sound waves that work through the whole body.

I will also be working with Tibetan bowls & various other sound therapy equipment, finishing with energy therapy.

This treatment can be effective in achieving deep states of relaxation, also aiding to move through blockages within the bio-energy field, aiding to balancing the body, mind & soul.

Childrens Treatment ~ Bespoke Treatment for your young one.

I offer relaxing treatments for children over the age of 5 up to16 years. This treatment is bespoke for the child, depending on age, using my intuition & guidance from parents\guardians. I usually offer gentle head & foot massage with crystal therapy.

All Children get to take a crystal home.

Parent/guardian to remain present, especially with children under 12 years old.
