‘Sisterhood Circle’

Tuesday 22nd April, Tuesday 20th May, Tuesday 17th June, 6.30pm-8.30pm @ £20

Welcome to Ellie and Kellys Sisterhood Circle ~ Nurturing the Mother.

Join us for a hot drink, in a non-judgemental safe space, to share and be supported by professional therapists.

These sessions will finish with a calming and soothing sound meditation.

This is a monthly 2 hour session held at Elements Creative Therapy, Unit 64, Clear Space, Dunveth Business Park, Wadebridge, PL277FE.

Rise to Wellness

According to holistic therapy philosophy, we can achieve optimal health by seeking a complete balance between the mind, body & spirit. Although this may sound straight forward, it is often difficult to acquire with the complexities of life, trauma & grief, all of which throw our bodies & minds out of balance.

Life can be challenging with excessive demands in our day to day lives, we often try to manage many situations mentally & physically. With increased levels of stress, our mind can become overwhelmed & affect our physical body resulting in fatigue, muscle tension, loss of appetite, sleep issues & irritability which can trigger anxiety.

In today’s climate it is even more important to be aware of our own wellbeing, taking time to relax & unwind for our body & mind to recover to optimal health.
